Dizario Search is partnered with an industry leading manufacturer in the Sioux Falls, SD area seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. This is a brand new role, you will play a key role in shaping business performance by identifying opportunities, analyzing outcomes, and delivering insights that directly impact growth and profitability. Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities across customers, products, and sales channels.
- Provide actionable insights that support product assortment, pricing, and overall business strategy.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance metrics.
- Evaluate business performance against forecasts and identify drivers behind variances.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Design and measure experiments (A/B testing, pilot programs) to validate business initiatives.
- Clean, transform, and manage data using SQL and other analytical tools.
- Combine data from multiple systems to generate comprehensive performance insights.
- Translate complex findings into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support ad hoc analysis across finance, sales, and operational teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Data, Business, Economics, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or financial analysis.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling.)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
