Account Manager

Dizario Search is partnered with a leading manufacturer in the Plastics & Rubber industry that is seeking an Account Manager to support and grow business throughout the East Coast territory.

This role is focused on the pool industry, including vinyl pool liners and related pool products. The ideal candidate will have experience in pool liner materials, manufacturing processes, and working knowledge of the swimming pool products market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales within an assigned East Coast territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, pool builders, and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities within the pool and outdoor recreation markets.
• Provide technical and product support related to pool liners, vinyl materials, and related products.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and territory development meetings.
• Work closely with internal teams including operations, manufacturing, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support growth strategies.
• Prepare territory reports, forecasts, and account updates for leadership.
• Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and industry meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required
• 2–3 years of sales or account management experience in the pool industry, specifically with pool liners, vinyl liner systems, or related pool products.
• Working knowledge of pool liner materials, construction, and installation processes.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain customer relationships in a B2B environment.
• Willingness to travel throughout the East Coast territory.
• Self-starter with a proven ability to manage a territory and drive results.
• Experience working with distributors, dealers, or contractor networks preferred.
