Responsibilities:
-Overseeing the teams that install scheduled projects, to include hardscapes, landscapes, inground pools, and much more
-Managing any outside contractors involved in projects
-Customer service throughout the project
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project planning, execution, and delivery
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards project goals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
