Hours: Full-time, including weekends and some holidays.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the coffee shop to ensure consistent, quality food and beverage service in an inviting environment.
- Train and develop shop employees to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the guest experience.
- Address customer needs in a courteous and timely manner.
- Ensure the coffee shop is clean and equipment is maintained and in working order.
- Create and distribute weekly staff work schedules.
- Oversee café supplies including placing product orders and replenishing stock.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree. A focus in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Business Management or related field is preferred.
- Experience in restaurant POS systems.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
