What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Schedule service calls and record important details accurately
- Communicate effectively with team members and management

What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of computers and software applications
- Familiarity with business management software tools (preferred)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions
- Positive attitude and strong team player mindset
