Role Description
The Inside Sales Role is a full-time, on-site position located in our Foley, AL store. Sales Representatives are responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing sales orders, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. The role includes preparing sales quotes, handling follow-ups, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets. The candidate will also be involved in product training and providing support to customers regarding product information and usage.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct Training sessions for customers and team members
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience in the building supply or roofing industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
