Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents in accordance with prescribed schedules and protocols.

- Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and confidentiality.
Skills
- Experience in direct support roles within assisted living or group home environments.
- Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and the ability to recognize medical emergencies.
- Certification in CPR and first aid is preferred.
- Familiarity with home health care practices and working with individuals with disabilities, including autism.
