Divine House Inc. is currently hiring a kind, compassionate and responsible One on One _ Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) _to work in a Behavioral licensed group home in Willmar Mn.
A _ DSP _will work A behavioral site one on one in a home environment to assist the individual with disabilities with activities such as medication administration, grooming, dressing, shopping, cooking, laundry, community involvement, etc. The_ DSP_ must possess basic problem solving skills, have a strong desire to help others reach their goals, have past experience with behavioral individuals including but not limited to physical aggression, verbal aggression. Must have past experience with positive reinforcement, behavioral interventions, and situations, and be motivated to work as a team to improve the quality of life of the individuals served while ensuring a safe and healthy environment. A_ DSP_ must have the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, be able to document accurately and legibly. The ability to pass a background study and a valid driver's license is required.
