Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Sylvania is hiring a Full-time Housekeeper/Laundry aide. This position works with all departments to ensure a clean facility. Regular daily cleaning will include but not be limited to cleaning all rooms and common areas in the facility.
Some job duties include but are not limited to
- Operate and maintain all laundry equipment.
- Delivers soiled linens to laundry; sorts, washes, dries, folds, and returns clean linens to linen closets and resident rooms.
- Cleans laundry room, sorting, and soiled linen tubs.
- Waste and trash removal.
- Dry and wet mopping of all floors
- vacuuming all carpeted areas
- General cleaning & dusting of all surfaces
- Buffing, waxing, and stripping of all floors as needed
- Deep cleaning and assisting in moving rooms as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
Experience:
- Laundry: 1 year (Preferred)
