The Laundry Club is a modern, customer-focused laundromat committed to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers. We are seeking a dependable Laundry Operations Associate to help oversee daily store operations, assist customers, and maintain a well-organized facility.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in keeping spaces clean and organized, and is comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the laundromat according to scheduled shifts
- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
- Assist customers with using washers, dryers, payment systems, and other equipment
- Train first-time customers on the laundromat process when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized facility (folding areas, machines, floors, restrooms, etc.)
- Monitor machines and report any maintenance issues or equipment concerns
- Ensure the store remains safe, orderly, and welcoming at all times
- Restock supplies and maintain general store appearance
- Handle basic customer questions and resolve minor issues
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Friendly and customer-service oriented
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Comfortable interacting with customers and providing assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform light cleaning tasks throughout shift
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling available
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
- Opening and closing shifts may be required
Compensation
- $12–$15 per hour, depending on experience
