As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking for talented staff members to join our team. Divine Counseling, LLC is seeking qualified full-time hybrid licensed Rehabilitation Specialist (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW, LGPC, CPRP) to provide clinical oversight of our PRP program. There is a 1 day in office requirement, either in the evening, morning, or weekend. But you make your own schedule.

Rehabilitation Specialist Job Responsibilities:
- Completes intake PRP assessments
- Sign off on PRP contact notes
- Development of person-centered Individual Rehabilitation (IRPs) Treatment plans
- Supervise PRP staff (Rehabilitation Counselors), and provide them with ongoing training
- Meet with PRP staff (Rehabilitation Counselors) at least 2 times per month, and document the supervision session
- Maintain clinical oversight of the Program, and make sure the program adheres to CARF, COMAR, and company policies
The Rehabilitation Specialist’s tasks shall be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:
- Provide monthly supervision to a team of PRP Staff (RCs).
- Complete quarterly employee assessments.
- Coordinate and facilitate monthly PRP team meetings.
- Collaborate and communicate with PRP staff, Therapists, and other mental health providers, ensuring proper facilitation of the clients’ treatment plan, and that the clients’ needs are met.
- Complete PRP authorizations, both concurrent and ongoing

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- Bachelors, Master’s, or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required
- Licensed in Maryland to provide Mental health treatment, or CPRP
- Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred
- Background Check
- Highly organized and possesses time management
