- Supporting individuals in developing life skills and promoting independence through engaging activities.
- Lifting and transferring clients as needed while ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Documenting vital signs and any changes in the client's condition accurately.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Offering companionship and emotional support to enhance the overall well-being of clients.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients at all times.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
