KEY AREAS:
- Hands-on implementation experience with Cloud Discovery
- Hands-on implementation experience with IRM
- Familiarity and practical experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities
ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM)—formerly known as Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
Requirements:
- 8 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Bachelor's 7 years of experience, Master's 5 years, or 11 years in lieu of a degree
- Strong technical leadership experience
- 5 years of technical leadership driving solutions/change
- 5 years of architecture/system design experience
- 5 years supporting IT-related data integrity, including CMDB, HAM, SAM, etc.
- Strong experience across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC and/or HR
- Experience with AWS Cloud Management Platform
- Federal Government experience
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and third-party technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust - This is After Hire and Client will sponsor
- ServiceNow CSA/CAD and CIS certifications are highly desirable
