Responsibilities:

- Show properties to prospective tenants and provide detailed information about the property.
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and upkeep.
- Assist with cleaning and preparing properties for Airbnb turnovers.
- Respond to on-call requests promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
