Your mission will be:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection processes (job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
- Oversee employee onboarding and contracting, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws
- Handle personnel administration and employee records management
- Process and manage payroll and benefits administration
- Coordinate and implement training and development programs
- Maintain and control HR documentation (contracts, policies, compliance records)
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations and HR-related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
You are the perfect fit if you meet these requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in a similar HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, payroll, and compliance
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of U.S. labor laws is required
- Experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly solar (photovoltaic), is a plus
