What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Brand Manager position at Diversity Nexus?
Hi,
We have immediate requirement for Associate Brand Manager role with one of our direct clients. (preferred local candidates on W2)
Location: Hybrid- New York, NY (3 days in office)
Work Hours: 8 hours
Job description:
• Specific Skills Needed:
o Top 3–5 Mandatory and/or Minimum Requirements:
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to deliver against tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments - including Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Corp teams
• Experienced in Excel - including basic formulas and pivots
• Proficient in PowerPoint
o Top 3–5 Desirable Attributes/Qualifications:
• 1 year of brand management and commercial marketing experience is required
• Basic understanding of MS Teams and MS OneDrive
o Required Levels/Years of Experience & Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• 1 year of brand management and commercial marketing experience is required
Additional Expectations: -
Experience with Brands: Ralph Lauren Group Brand Manager (Ralph Lauren, Ralph, Polo and Polo Prep).
• High-performance expectations with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to confidently engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Proactive approach—comfortable picking up the phone and engaging directly to obtain information or drive results
• Self-starter mentality with an assertive, results-driven mindset
• Confident and outgoing personality; not hesitant to take initiative or lead conversations
• Focus on delivering top-tier talent aligned with brand standards
• Prior experience in a luxury or premium brand environment strongly preferred
