Location: Butler County, PA
RN: $50-$60 phr
Shift:
The schedule operates on a two-week rotation:
- Week One: Four 10-hour shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with three consecutive days off.
- Week Two: Three 10-hour shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an optional fourth 10-hour overlap shift designated for administrative duties to attain full-time status.
About Our Butler County Program:
We are a specialized 90-day residential treatment facility dedicated to supporting women on their journey to recovery and wellness. Our team is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a structured, therapeutic environment. We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team across all shifts.
Position Summary:
As an RN at our treatment facility, you will play a key role in delivering safe, patient-centered care to women in recovery. The RN provides direct nursing care, administers medications, monitors patient health, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and treatment plans.
- Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic and adverse effects.
- Conduct health assessments and respond to medical and psychiatric emergencies as needed.
- Document all nursing care and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to provide holistic treatment.
- Educate patients on health management, recovery, and wellness strategies.
- Support and reinforce the structured daily programming of the facility.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (required).
- Prior experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, residential care, or psychiatric nursing (preferred).
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and crisis intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred for the Charge Nurse role.
