POSITION OVERVIEW

Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Billing Office Associate! Diversified Technology Corporation, the most respected provider of specialized billing solutions for government utility companies, is seeking a detail-oriented professional with fluency in both English and Spanish. You'll work directly with our diverse client base, providing essential billing and payment services while utilizing your bilingual skills to deliver exceptional customer support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bilingual Client Support: Handle daily communications with clients and customers in both English and Spanish via phone and email
• Payment Processing: Process manual and electronic payments, including mail handling, check scanning, and electronic file management
• Billing Operations: Generate accurate invoices, notices, and reports using our specialized software platforms
• Customer Service: Assist clients and their customers with platform navigation and troubleshooting in their preferred language
• Administrative Tasks: Manage bulk mailings, postal services, and maintain detailed payment records
• Technical Support: Provide comprehensive assistance with our multi-platform billing software

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in both English and Spanish - speaking, reading, and writing proficiency required
• Associate's degree in bookkeeping, office management, or related field (bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Previous customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM software
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both languages
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly
