Responsibilities:
- Inventory and organize IT equipment.
- Unbox and prepare desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories.
- Apply Windows 11 OS image using SCCM and Intune.
- Install software in Windows 11 environment.
- Update asset records in ServiceNow.
- Deploying assets as required.
- Assist with decommissioning old equipment.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and imaging tools required.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely required.
- Good communication and time management skills required.
- High School Diploma required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs required.
- Must pass state and national background check required.
