Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a skilled and dependable Powder Coat Machine Operator to join our team in the Plant City area. - Set up and operate large machinery, including brake press, roll forming, forming equipment, horizontal machines, and tube cut saws
- Read and interpret tape measurements with accuracy
- Follow written work instructions, production prints, and specifications
- Ensure machines are running safely, efficiently, and producing quality parts
- Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments during operation
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and support continuous improvement efforts
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to set up and run brake press, roll forming, forming, horizontal equipment, or similar machinery
- Strong ability to read tape measures, prints, and work instructions
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
