Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a dependable Fiberglass Auto Parts Assemblers to support the production, assembly, and finishing of fiberglass components used in automotive applications. This role involves hands‑on work with fiberglass materials, hand and power tools, and basic assembly processes to ensure high‑quality parts that meet required specifications.
Key Responsibilities
*
Assemble fiberglass automotive parts according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications
*
Perform fiberglass lay‑up, trimming, sanding, grinding, and finishing
*
Prepare molds, materials, and work areas for production
*
Use hand and power tools such as sanders, grinders, drills, and cutting tools
*
Inspect parts for defects, proper fit, and surface quality
*
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
*
Mix and apply resins, adhesives, and fillers as needed
*
Ensure all parts are properly labeled, organized, and staged for the next production step
*
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all PPE and safety guidelines
*
Support team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
*
Experience with fiberglass assembly, auto body work, or general manufacturing preferred
*
Ability to read and understand basic blueprints, drawings, and measurements
*
Skilled with hand and power tools (grinders, sanders, drills, etc.)
*
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks, sanding, trimming, and finishing work
*
Strong attention to detail and quality
*
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
*
Reliable, safety‑minded, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Experience
*
Automotive parts assembly or repair
*
Fiberglass lay‑up or composite materials
*
Surface prep, bodywork, or paint prep
*
Experience in a production or fabrication shop
COMPENSATION: $15-$16 DOE
**All employees must be prepared for a background check, 5 panel Drug screen and show proof of eligibility to work in the US.
