Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced Logistics Control Assistant in the Tanner, AL . This role is ideal for a handson leader who can balance administrative responsibilities with active warehouse floor oversight in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency
- Lead, train, and support warehouse personnel
- Manage scheduling, reporting, and inventory tracking
- Operate and supervise use of forklifts and materialhandling equipment
- Maintain inventory records using Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience
- Equipment Operator experience (sitdown, standup, reach truck, pallet jack)
- Familiarity with WMS systems, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to meet physical demands of warehouse work
Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM
- Overtime may be required
- Occasional afterhours customer support
- Fulltime, onsite role
- Fastpaced operational environment
Pay
- $20.00/hr
