Diversified Sourcing Solutions are seeking a reliable Industrial CNC-Burning / Plasma Table Operator to support daily manufacturing operations and ensure high-quality output. We are a fast-paced industrial fabrication facility specializing in metal cutting, custom parts, and precision production
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC plasma-cutting and burning equipment
- Load and secure raw materials onto the cutting table
- Read and interpret blueprints, cut lists, and measurement specifications
- Adjust machine settings, torch height, speed, and consumables as needed
- Monitor cutting operations to ensure accuracy and quality
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and consumable replacement
- Inspect finished parts for defects, warping, or measurement deviations
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures
- Assist with material handling, staging, and workflow support
- Document completed work, production counts, and machine logs
Qualifications
- Experience operating CNC plasma tables, burning machines, or similar cutting equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, gauges)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of fabrication processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Welding or fabrication experience is a plus
