Senior Manufacturing Engineer (THIRD SHIFT)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Exposure to complex processes to manufacture and assemble fuel injectors

• Development of both manufacturing processes and assembly processes and the interactions between one another

• This role is key to the development of work class process and risk mitigation for fuel systems

• Troubleshooting assembly equipment if needed

• Assisting in process improvements for current assembly process

• Understanding and walking back issues that occur due to first test pass failures

• Creating and updating all APQP elements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Ability to facilitate and create all APQP elements including Process Flow, Control Plan and Process Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (PFMEA)

• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams experience

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Assembly and Test experience

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Facilitate and host cross functional meetings in person and virtual

• Manage priorities across multiple projects
