JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the NSI Portfolio Manager in coordinating and managing a portfolio of 100 active projects
- Track and maintain project status, ensuring visibility into timelines, risks, and progress toward on-time completion
- Assist with preparation of materials for portfolio reviews, including reporting and presentations
- Maintain and archive project documentation, including design and gate review records, for future reference
- Perform data mining, extraction, and analysis using tools such as Excel and Power BI to support decision-making
- Manage and organize project data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the portfolio
- Support data-driven insights and reporting to help identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the project portfolio
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 0-2 years’ of experience
- Degrees considered: Business Management, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Technology (Mechanical, Industrial), Technical Communications or relevant technical field required
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- MS Office suite of tools
- Ability to use Power BI to generate reports
- Engineering or technical experience preferred
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment collaboratively and independently
- Ability to work effectively within defined processes
