Site Safety Manager (Data Center)

We are seeking an experienced Site Safety Manager to oversee safety performance and compliance on a large-scale data center project. This role requires a proven safety professional with strong leadership, hazard recognition, and risk mitigation skills to drive a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site safety professional, ensuring compliance with all project, client, and regulatory safety requirements.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Implement, monitor, and enforce project-specific safety plans and procedures.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety orientations, and training sessions for site personnel.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and incident logs.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve safety concerns and ensure best practices.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience .
• CHST or other BCSP certification preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction required.
• Strong knowledge of data center, industrial, or large-scale commercial, new construction preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage all levels of project personnel.
• Proven track record in implementing and managing comprehensive safety programs.
