Site Safety Manager – Virginia (Day and Night Shifts Available)
Safe Site Solutions is hiring experienced Site Safety Managers to lead field safety on large-scale data center construction projects across Virginia. This is a high-visibility, safety-critical role on fast-moving sites. We're looking for sharp, dependable safety professionals who take ownership of keeping crews safe and projects compliant.
Pay and Details
- $50.00 per hour
- Overtime at $75.00 per hour for hours over 40 in a workweek
- $100.00 per diem for each day worked
- Day and night shifts available
- Travel within the Virginia area required
- 1099 contract, project based
- Start date: mid-October 2026
What You'll Do
- Lead daily site safety walks and correct hazards and unsafe behaviors
- Review and support permits, including hot work, confined space, energized work, and elevated work
- Guide crews on pre-task plans, job hazard analyses, and safe work plans
- Conduct site-specific safety orientations for new workers
- Enforce OSHA regulations, PPE requirements, and project safety standards
- Lead incident investigations and document corrective actions
- Conduct safety audits and equipment inspections
- Serve as the main safety contact for project leadership, subcontractors, and the client
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 3 years in a formal Safety Manager, Safety Coordinator, or Safety Professional role on construction sites. Security or safety-adjacent roles do not count.
- OSHA 510 or OSHA 30 required
- Current First Aid/CPR
- NFPA 70E preferred
- Data center construction experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Virginia (travel not covered)

This is a high-visibility, safety-critical role on a fast-moving site — we're looking for sharp, dependable people who take ownership of keeping crews and operators safe.
Salary : $45 - $50
