Our firm is currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the Sales Enablement and Marketing teams with campaign execution, content development, trade show coordination, CRM maintenance, and general day-to-day marketing functions. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels while working closely with cross-functional teams focused on driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Support the execution of marketing campaigns and assist with daily marketing activities.
- Trade Show Coordination: Work with internal teams to coordinate logistics, arrangements, and materials for trade shows.
- Content & Asset Creation: Assist in assembling marketing assets, including emails, blog posts, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with designers, sales team members, and the broader marketing team on creative and strategic initiatives.
- CRM Management: Process incoming CRM data, including lead entry, new record creation, and ongoing data maintenance.
- Market Research: Conduct online market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Industry Awareness: Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 4–5 years of marketing experience
- Desire to continue developing within the marketing profession
- Understanding of key marketing concepts: social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively
