The Engineering Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating assigned projects to ensure objectives are met within established timelines and budgets. This includes leading internal and external project review meetings, maintaining key program documentation, facilitating customer communication, managing and publishing open issues, and developing and tracking project schedules. The role also provides first‑level resolution of project‑related issues and ensures compliance with all TQC/QS9000 requirements
Essential Duties & Responsibilitie

- tReview project proposals to determine scope, timing, resource needs, and budget requirements
- .Coordinate the plant’s VA/VE activities with relevant departments
- .Deliver customer presentations regarding timing, product performance, and program updates (EWO, TECA, PCR, etc.)
- .Maintain and communicate the SDT open issues list; identify and track key program issues
- .Review status reports, adjust project plans as needed, and prepare reports for management and customers
- .Manage product engineering activities from Phase V through Phase IX per TQC procedures
- .Oversee plant engineering activities, including new product introductions and product launch efforts
- .Ensure adherence to TECA, PCR, ER, and other required documentation processes
