Diversified Roofing Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Temporary Commercial Roofer for a short-term assignment supporting commercial roofing projects.

Schedule:
- Based in Brighton, MI
- In-person
- Temporary position for 30-60 days
- Travel required
Qualifications:
- 2 years of commercial roofing and/or coating experience required
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, coatings, and metal roofing
- Perform tear-offs, insulation installation, membrane application, flashing, and detailed finish work
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders
- Operate roofing tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Follow OSHA regulations and always company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with crew leaders, superintendents, and project managers
- Identify potential issues and report them promptly
- Travel out of state as needed (travel expenses covered by the company)
