We build Pole Barns, Decks and do Home Renovations mostly. Looking for carpenters, painters, drywallers, anyone with a good attitude and willing to learn the right way.
**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Skilled Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction trades, espcially roofing and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Skilled Laborer will be responsible for assisting in the construction and installation of various materials and structures, ensuring high-quality results. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a team environment. **Responsibilities:** - Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to perform tasks accurately. - Use power tools and equipment to build, install, and finish various construction elements, including framing, flooring, and concrete finishing. - Assist in the installation of glass and other materials. - Perform various tasks related to construction management, including plumbing, framing, and plastering. - Collaborate with other laborers and construction professionals to complete projects efficiently and safely. - Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety protocols and standards. - Perform other duties as required by the construction team. **Qualifications:** - Proficiency in using power tools and equipment. - Strong experience in various construction trades, including carpentry, flooring installation, and concrete finishing. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans. - Knowledge of construction management practices. - Familiarity with plumbing and glass installation techniques. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines. - Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
