At Diversified Labeling Solutions (DLS), one of the nation’s leading trade-only label manufacturers, we’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day tactical execution of our marketing communications and programs. DLS sells exclusively through resellers and distributors, and this role will be key in supporting our partners and promoting our broad range of label products and services.

 


Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing DLS’s marketing communication efforts across the United States. Working closely with the VP of Marketing, you’ll help drive growth initiatives that support our customers and align with corporate strategy. You’ll collaborate with sales, product management, and creative teams to develop campaigns, promote new products, and strengthen our brand presence across multiple channels.

A successful candidate will bring strong experience in B2B marketing, label or print industry knowledge, and the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution. This role requires creativity, leadership, and exceptional organizational skills to ensure that DLS continues to be recognized as a trusted and innovative partner to our resellers.

 


Scope of Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and growth initiatives that drive awareness and sales for DLS and its reseller network.

Campaign Development:

Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns—including email, digital advertising, and co-branded programs—that highlight DLS’s products, sustainability efforts, and partner solutions.

Product Launches:

Collaborate with sales and production teams to coordinate new product and material launches, developing supporting collateral and communications for both internal teams and resellers.

Content Strategy:

Oversee the creation of compelling content across digital platforms, including blog articles, newsletters, and videos, to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership in the label industry.

Team Management:

Manage and mentor a small but talented in-house marketing team, ensuring effective coordination of design, content, and digital initiatives.

Digital Marketing:

Oversee the DLS website and social media presence, optimize user experience, and maintain current product information and visuals.

Partner Marketing:

Develop marketing materials, campaigns, and resources that empower resellers to market DLS products under their own brands.

Event Coordination:

Plan and manage trade shows, industry events, and customer-facing programs, ensuring DLS maintains a strong professional presence.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor campaign results and web metrics, reporting on performance and ROI to continuously improve programs and spend efficiency.

Innovation:

Explore emerging tools, technologies, and sustainability messaging opportunities to enhance DLS’s marketing impact.

 


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

•             Increased brand visibility and engagement among label resellers and distributors

•             Growth in leads and sales opportunities generated through marketing campaigns

•             Successful introduction of new label products and materials to the market

•             Positive feedback from partners and internal stakeholders on marketing support and responsiveness

 

 

Essential Skills & Experience

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 5 years of proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in the print, packaging, or labeling industry.

Leadership Skills:

Experience managing people and projects; ability to motivate and develop team members.

Marketing Expertise:

Strong knowledge of digital and content marketing, branding, campaign management, and partner marketing.

Technical Proficiency:

•             CRM & Automation: HubSpot (preferred), Salesforce

•             CMS: WordPress or equivalent

•             Analytics: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, reporting dashboards

•             Design Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

•             Project Management: Asana or similar platforms

Communication:

Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills; ability to adapt tone and messaging for resellers, partners, and internal teams.

Attention to Detail:

Able to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.

Mindset:

Creative, proactive, and collaborative — thrives in a team environment and enjoys building long-term brand success.
