This role is essential in fostering exceptional client service by turning first impressions into lasting ones, utilizing organizational skills, and setting the tone for excellence. In this position you will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients and will perform various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration or front desk roles, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist onsite guests/clients.

• Answer inbound telephone calls.

• Retrieve and formulate reports for various departments.

• Receive and distribute inbound faxes.

• Assist with various projects involving our client database.

• Perform all other office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in office administration or front desk roles.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills.
