Diversified Insurance, a top workplace in 2023 and 2024, and a leader in innovative insurance solutions, is seeking a Risk Management Trainee (RMT) to join our award-winning team. Previous insurance experience is NOT REQUIRED.  The Risk Management Trainee (RMT) position is perfect for someone looking to jumpstart their career and is a fast-track to the world of account management. If you have customer service or administrative experience and are looking to make a change, this is the job for you!

Duties & Responsibilities

• You will learn the insurance industry from the ground up. For the first few months of this employment, you will focus on learning DII procedures and acquiring the insurance knowledge required to obtain a Maryland Life and Health License

• Respond to requests for certificates of insurance from clients in a timely manner

• Learn to process endorsements

• Maintain and update client and policy information in the agency management system

• Customer service or administrative experience preferred

Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
