Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Leader & Manager, located in Portage, MI. The Sales Leader & Manager will oversee the sales team, set performance goals, develop innovative sales strategies, and monitor team performance. Responsibilities include mentoring and training sales staff, building and maintaining client relationships, creating sales reports, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves collaborating across departments to ensure alignment with the company’s objectives.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management experience, including mentoring, training, and guiding team members
- Sales strategy, client relations, and business development skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, goal setting, and generating sales reports
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in the insurance industry or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
