SUBPRIME FINANCE MANAGER / SALES MANAGER

Rainbow Motor Sales is looking for an experienced Subprime Finance Manager / Sales Manager to join our team.

We are a locally owned used-car dealership that has been serving our community for over 40 years, and we’re looking for someone who understands both sides of the business — working the sales floor and structuring strong subprime finance deals.

We need someone who can step in, take ownership, and help lead the team while keeping deals moving from application to delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in used-car and subprime automotive finance

• Ability to desk and structure deals for approvals and profitability

• Knowledge of subprime lenders, programs and stipulations

• Experience submitting applications and working lender callbacks

• Strong closing and customer communication skills

• F&I product, contracting and compliance knowledge

• Ability to coach, motivate and support the sales team

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills

• A hands-on manager who is comfortable jumping in wherever needed

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven dealership
