Position Overview:
The Moving & Storage Division Lead will oversee daily operations, manage logistics, develop efficient processes, and focus heavily on sales and business development. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage both the operational side and actively generate new business through sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Moving & Storage division.
- Develop processes to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
- Lead and train a team of movers, drivers, and support staff.
- Actively generate leads and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with residential and commercial clients.
- Develop pricing proposals and sales strategies.
- Set and track sales and operational performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Serve as the primary contact for major accounts and complex moves.
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience in moving, storage, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
