Summary/Objective

The Receiving Coordinator is responsible for all incoming receivables and proper ERP entry and put-away of product in proper Bin locations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory, supporting production needs, and ensuring a safe and organized yard and warehouse environment.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage received goods and arrange inventory to ensure all products are accounted for and in proper Bin locations via use of cart or tow motor and crane.
  • Assist in implementing and auditing barcoding standards to drive inventory accuracy and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
  • Inspecting and Verification of received goods.
  • Communicate with logistics, purchasing, and sales teams regarding delivery schedules and discrepancies.
  • Accurately count, label, and stock products in designated warehouse or retail locations.
  • Maintain accurate logs of incoming vendor shipments and process documentation for finished productions.
  • Receive and put away all products in ERP system within 8hr shift daily.
  • Sort and straighten all shelving and rotate stock weekly, cycle counts will be required every Friday.
  • Maintain a clean, organized receiving area and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks safely.
  • Manages assigned tasks to safely and efficiently meet the required daily activities.
  • Successfully conducts and completes all assigned training.
  • Participates in continuous improvement training and trains others

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or other formal
  • training in related field preferred.
  • Two years of experience in materials control field required

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing up to 8 hours. Some days could require prolonged sitting at a desk and computer station. Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds at times.

Work Environment

This role will take place primarily on the warehouse floor with frequent work being performed outdoors in various conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Constant awareness of surroundings and safety is required.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7
am to 3:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch. Overtime may be required based on workload or
project deadlines and occasional weekend availability may be requested with advance
notice.
