POSITION SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILTIES:
Integrated Operations Centers (IOC) Operator is responsible for safe 24/7/365 operations of the IOC centers to optimize assets. The IOC is a new concept to Diversified and the ideal candidate will be joining a team-based environment that will help enhance productivity via SCADA.

POSITION SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILTIES:
Integrated Operations Centers (IOC) Operator is responsible for safe 24/7/365 operations of the IOC centers to optimize assets. The IOC is a new concept to Diversified and the ideal candidate will be joining a team-based environment that will help enhance productivity via SCADA.
- The ideal candidate has years of experience combined in operations, technology and troubleshooting problems on wells and facilities, upstream and downstream.
- The IOC is challenged with 24-hour surveillance, control (where available), optimization & access of operations field assets (wells/gathering pipe/SWD/laydown yards/compression/etc) to reduce field operations windshield time while giving field ops more time to focus on the task that require boots on the ground.
- IOC Operator will be responsible for identifying methods to decrease windshield time and help field operators manage their time (task performed without needing to be on the physical location).
- These duties would include (but not be limited to), Lift Optimization, Liquids management, commissioning, return to service, HP optimization, line pressure management, personnel daily and intra shift optimization.
- IOC peers and counterparties Field Analysts, Analysts, Lease Operators, Lead Operators, IOC Operator will report directly to: Director of IOC, Manager of IOC
- 1 years of control room operations is preferred, tool sets, regulations, and standards (regulated or non-regulated) 5 years field operations experience (wellhead, pads, SWD, gathering, midstream)
- Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions or application services.
- Capable at collaborating with cross functional teams (field ops, engineering, senior leadership, 3rd party organizations, etc.).
- Adept at optimizing resource allocation and determining measurement strategies to track progress.
- Engage in strategies that optimize day-to-day optimization of field operations
- Maintain KPI’s for IOC performance
- Encourage innovation, modernization, and inclusion.
- Support activities to maintain and maximize operational coverage during peak and non-peak hours.
- Must be able to move or traverse from one location on the job site to another. This includes the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, frequently positioning oneself (e.g., to stoop, kneel, or squat) to perform tasks, and occasionally ascend/descend (e.g., ladders or uneven terrain)
- Ability to detect, determine, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, observe, inspect, estimate, and assess driving operations effectively (either naturally or with corrective lenses).
- Ability to operate a 4X4 vehicle.
- Must be able to repetitively move or position feet, shoulders, arms, wrists, and back. Constantly operates, uses, and positions hands and fingers in performance of work
- Must be able to work atop elevated surfaces and traverse various heights
- Lifts or carries 116 lbs. or more, which falls into the "heavy" category (over 50 pounds).
- Frequently pushes and pulls with a maximum force of 150 ft./lbs.
- Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions and is exposed to varying environmental conditions, including well site conditions. The position requires the ability to perform tasks in physically demanding environments, encompassing the essential physical requirements and efforts outline
Driver Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
- This position involves operating a company vehicle for work-related travel or receiving a stipend for operating a personal vehicle for company use; adherence to all traffic laws and company vehicle policies is required.
- Candidates must be eligible to be insured under the company's vehicle insurance policy.
