Role DescriptionAs an Entry-Level Data Analyst, you will help collect, organize, and analyze data to support onboarding and customer-facing teams. You’ll primarily use Excel and SQL to transform raw information into clear, actionable insights. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to answer questions, create reports, and ensure our data remains reliable, accessible, and impactful. ResponsibilitiesClean, format, and analyze datasets using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).Run basic SQL queries to extract data, validate assumptions, and support reporting.Assist with data quality checks and process improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related questions.Support ad-hoc analyses for product development, operations, and customer performance.Document data processes, definitions, and reporting workflows.Present findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders. Qualifications0–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, functions, lookups).Basic SQL skills (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY).Ability to analyze and interpret numeric and categorical data.Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain insights clearly.Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a willingness to dive into complex data challenges.
Salary : $48,000 - $60,000
