Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with nursing protocols.
- Monitor residents health status, including vital signs and overall condition, and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and support residents with mobility and personal care.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate resident records in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Provide compassionate, respectful care and support to residents and their families.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Dependable and punctual with the ability to work evening shifts consistently.
Salary : $35 - $57
