Pay rate for this position: $21.00 - $24.00 / hour
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above range represents the organization's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting

Qualifications
- New York State Department of Education licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Valid NYS Driver License
- Long-term care experience and experience supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
- Flexibility of scheduling with the ability to work evenings and weekends
- Critical thinking skills and leadership ability
