We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Senior Replenishment Manager to support our Walmart business in Bentonville, AR. This high-impact role will focus on forecasting, inventory management, supply chain execution, and in-stock performance within the toy and seasonal consumer goods industry.

What You’ll Do
As Senior Replenishment Manager, you will play a critical role in driving strong inventory flow and in-stock performance for our vendor partners. You will work closely with Walmart teams, suppliers, and internal sales partners to anticipate demand, identify risks, and execute effective replenishment strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own forecasting and replenishment strategies for Walmart accounts.
- Partner directly with Walmart Replenishment Managers to maintain accurate forecasts, healthy inventory levels, and strong in-stock performance.
- Analyze POS data, inventory trends, seasonal demand patterns, and other key metrics to identify opportunities and drive proactive decisions.
- Collaborate with domestic and international vendors to ensure timely production, shipment, and inventory flow.
- Monitor inbound supply chain timelines, particularly for imported products, and proactively identify and mitigate potential disruptions.
- Identify and communicate risks and opportunities related to out-of-stocks, overstocks, lead times, and inventory positioning.
- Support item setup, modular transitions, promotional activity, and other key retail initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Walmart merchants, replenishment teams, suppliers, vendor partners, and internal sales teams.
- Manage multiple accounts, vendors, projects, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and follow-through.
- Serve as a proactive problem-solver, escalating issues when appropriate and developing solutions that support both Walmart and vendor objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience working with Walmart in replenishment, supply chain, inventory management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Walmart systems, forecasting processes, replenishment strategies, and inventory management.
- Experience managing import timelines, overseas production, and international supply chain flow preferred.
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate data and trends into clear, actionable strategies.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, accounts, and competing deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and long-term partnerships.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, accountable, and solutions-focused.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Experience with Generative AI and BigQuery is a plus.
- Experience in the toy, seasonal, or consumer goods industry is strongly preferred.
