Retail Customer Service Associate

About the Role

Divergent Marketing Solutions is looking for a motivated Retail Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. This is an hourly paid, entry-level position that offers hands-on training and opportunities for growth.

In this role, you will work directly with customers, provide excellent service, answer questions, and help represent our clients in a professional office and retail environment. If you enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and are looking for an opportunity to grow, we would love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Provide excellent customer service in an office and retail setting
• Greet customers and answer questions about products and services
• Help customers find the best solutions for their needs
• Represent client brands in a professional and positive way
• Assist with customer interactions and consumer relations
• Support in-store promotional events and campaigns
• Work with team members to help meet daily and weekly goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

• Comfortable working with customers face-to-face in both office and retail environments
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
