Entry Level Marketing Specialist

Divergent Marketing Solutions is seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Marketing Campaign Specialist. This is a full-time, hourly-paid, on-site position offering hands-on experience in marketing, customer service, and retail sales.

This role includes a combination of office and retail-based work environments. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with customers, working with a team, and learning in a fast-paced setting.

We are currently hiring candidates who are available to begin within the next 4 weeks.

What You'll Do:

• Interact with customers in a retail environment and provide a positive customer experience

• Educate customers on available products, services, and current promotions

• Recommend products and services based on customer needs and preferences

• Answer questions regarding products, pricing, and availability

• Support marketing and customer acquisition efforts for our clients and retail partners

• Assist with office-based administrative and team support tasks

• Build strong customer relationships and help generate new business

• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and company goals
