Your Role: Part Instructor, Part Cheerleader, All Hero As a Swim Teacher, your mission is to create a positive, safe, and fun learning environment where students gain confidence in the water. You'll do this by:

• Bringing the Energy: Greet every student with excitement, making lessons something they look forward to.
• Teaching the Basics and Beyond: Guide students using fun and effective methods to master life-saving swim skills.
• Cheering Them On: Communicate regularly with parents, celebrate milestones, and offer tips to keep the progress going at home.
• Being a Safety Champion: Keep the facility and learning environment safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone.
• Sharing the Love: Get to know Diventures' swim programs inside and out to inspire and guide families through their aquatic journey.
