Ditta Door & Hardware is hiring a full-time Assistant Project Manager for our Jonesboro office.
You’ll help manage commercial door, frame, hardware, and specialty projects from start to finish. This is an in-office role where you’ll coordinate project details, order materials, track progress, prepare billing information, and communicate with contractors, vendors, and installation crews.
We are willing to train the right person.
If you have construction experience and strong computer skills, we will teach you the rest.
What You’ll Do:
- Help manage assigned commercial door, frame, hardware, and specialty projects
- Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
- Prepare estimates, quotes, submittals, and change orders
- Order materials and track delivery dates
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, customers, and crews
- Track project status, missing information, and approvals
- Prepare billing information and keep accurate records
- Report updates to management
- Follow projects through to completion
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through
- Good communication skills
- Solid computer skills
- Commercial Construction experience preferred
- Willingness to learn plans, blueprints, and project coordination
Requirements:
- 2 years commercial construction experience (required)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Experience reading plans or blueprints is a plus
- Estimating or project coordination experience is a plus
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with some overtime
In person at our Jonesboro office

Compensation:
$40,000 – $50,000 per year based on experience. Higher pay available for candidates with direct commercial door, frame, hardware, or project coordination experience.
