🔧 MAINTENANCE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

What You'll Do
Keep production running~ perform urgent on-the-spot repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs) on time — every time.
Own equipment safety~ verify safety switches are functioning and ensure pinch points and hazards are clearly marked.
Handle facility upkeep~ tackle building repairs (doorknobs, door closures, and more) quickly and efficiently.
Retool and set up equipment as needed to support production demands.
Maintain a clean, organized parts room so the right part is always easy to find.
Process internal repair orders for full accountability and transparent tracking.
Drive downtime reduction~ your goal is to minimize disruptions and maximize output.
What We're Looking For
2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing service environment.
Self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told, you spot a problem and fix it.
Solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to carry out written and oral instructions.
Strong communication skills and a true team-player attitude.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the majority of your shift.
Good close and color vision with the ability to adjust focus (working with machinery and detailed parts).
