The Opportunity
- Seeking a senior hospitality leader who views front-of-house service as the core product.
- Position~ Concierge Manager at a flagship Class X commercial property in Miami Beach.
- A strategic, hands-on leadership role requiring five-star hotel instincts and seasoned operational discipline.
- Lead the entire front-of-house operation, creating luxury, care, and belonging for tenants and guests.
- Strategic Leadership~ Set, model, and enforce elite service standards across the front-of-house team.
- Tenant Relationship Management~ Act as the primary liaison between tenants and property team, providing personalized service by understanding names and business needs.
- Anticipatory Service~ Develop systems and team habits to anticipate and meet tenant needs proactively.
- Team Development~ Recruit, onboard, and coach concierge staff, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Operational Oversight~ Manage daily lobby/desk operations, visitor protocols, package handling, and shift continuity.
- VIP & Recovery Management~ Handle high-priority requests and lead service recovery with empathy and decisiveness.
- Vendor Stewardship~ Oversee relationships with premium service partners and on-site vendors, ensuring elevated standards.
- Brand Representation~ Serve as a visible brand ambassador; maintain impeccable personal presence, grooming, and protocol.
- 5 years of progressive leadership in 5-star luxury hospitality (luxury hotels, private membership clubs, ultra-luxury residential environments).
- Proven ability to develop high-performing teams in guest-facing operational roles.
- Proficiency with visitor management systems, front-of-house technology platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional professional presence; bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Location~ Miami Beach, Florida.
- Classification~ Full-Time, Exempt.
- Schedule~ Monday–Friday.
- Reports To~ Director of Hospitality.
