Provide technical support in the use of hardware and software to multiple campuses. To efficiently install, operate, up-grade, repair, re-purpose, and maintain computer software, hardware, PC, printer, scanner, camera, and projectors.

Qualifications:

Education:

            High School Diploma/ Some College

Special Knowledge/ Skills:

            Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications

            Ability to analyze and resolve computer hardware and software problems

            Knowledge of technologies available for use in instructional settings

            Ability to repair computer and technology equipment

            Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience:

            Previous experience within the district in the classroom, computer lab, and campus technology.
